Develop a Lifelong Healthy Mindset

Happy women

Millions of people struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Well marketed quick fixes tend to give a boost at the beginning but ultimately leave you feeling more disappointed, because long term healthy choices begin with your mindset, not on the weighing scales.

By taking the time to work through and understand the emotions and stories behind your unhealthy habits, you can begin to take steps towards the kind of lasting change that’s feels natural.

When you bring together mind and body, you can create a healthy future based around habits that are unique to you.

If you are feeling like you’re making too many unhealthy choices, and you’re not sure how to get back in control, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

Getting a lifetime of habits in check can feel like an insurmountable task, and that’s when you need to reach out for support. When you make peace with your emotional triggers around food, the barriers to your health success come down.  My role is to help you identify what’s holding you back, and give you the toolkit  to develop a happier and more fulfilling relationship with food going forward.

Are you ready to take your first steps towards real and lasting change?

To love the skin you’re in and step out confidently and take space in the world as only you in your unique beauty can?

Hi! I’m Kimberley

Kimberley

I am a teacher and educator, a friend and a Mum, a business owner and blogger, but also a crafter, baker, foodie, chocoholic and lover of life.

I have a life long interest in promoting wellbeing and happiness, and a passion for helping people discover the tools to start their healing journey. Whether that be helping them to love their body through understanding the triggers behind our food stories and developing self care practices, or healing the mind through self reflection and mindfulness hacks.

I’ve always loved cooking, from researching new and exciting recipes, to making my own.  In April 2017 my amazing husband gifted me with a trip to San Diego for my 40th birthday and the time that I spent in California inspired me to find a way to share my passions.

Nourish Your Inner Happy was born initially as a blog, but soon developed into a health & wellbeing coaching business.

Today, I coach people to find a healthy and enjoyable balance that includes nutrition and mindset support, and I work with schools to support them in bringing wellbeing into the workplace for their teachers and staff. If you are reading this, perhaps you are ready to start your own self care journey.

Something fishy!

I'm not great at writing titles, can you tell? But this is worth reading, so stick with it. I love fish and chips from the chip shop, I don't know many people that don't. I also know they really aren't in the slightest bit healthy. So here is my take on it. Well it's...

Turkey pie to make you smile

This is the time of year for turkey left overs, what it your usual way to do it? Curry, sandwiches, soup? All three? I thought I'd come up with something slightly different for you to try this year. Things I love - mashed potato, big tastes and one pot meals. And this...

Jambalaya

This is a wonderfully hearty dish for this time of year, even the colours remind me of autumn! It's a one pot dish, easy to adjust the flavourings to suit the whole family and freezes well, what more could you ask for! The photos below were made for 6 people. My pan...
