Helping YOU prioritise YOUR wellbeing and happiness!
Taking you from surviving to thriving

I hear you, you are juggling so many things.
Work, relationships, children, parents, friends and much more.
Do you even feature on this list?
Like many others around you, I bet you don’t feel like you are flourishing do you? I would guess it is more like barely surviving.
I’m here to change all that.
It’s time to make space and energy for you and your needs.
If you are feeling like you’re overwhelmed with too many commitments to make time for yourself, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
Realising the life you see on social media and TV is not real is the first step to happiness.
I don’t help you create that life. But I do help you live your life, better.
My role is to help you identify what’s holding you back, and give you the tools and solutions you need to develop a happier and more fulfilling life.
Are you ready to take your first steps towards real and lasting change?
To love the life you have with the amazing people you hold dear. To hold your head higher and step out confidently and take space in the world?
Hi! I’m Kimberley

I am a teacher and heritage educator, a friend and a Mum, a business owner and blogger, but also a crafter, baker, foodie, gardener, chocoholic and lover of life.
I have a life long interest in promoting wellbeing and happiness, and a passion for helping people discover the tools to start their journey to greater happiness.
People come to me for two main reasons, I can see solutions where they can’t and I give practical, down to earth advice that fits in with the real world.
The challenges that I have faced over the last 10 years have made me into the woman I am today. They could have broken me, but I chose to deal lean into the challenges and grow with them.
Nourish Your Inner Happy started as food blog, born from my love of cooking, but soon developed into a health & wellbeing coaching business.
Today, I write about menopause, happiness and real life as well as food. I help people to find solutions to their life’s problems, in practical and realistic ways. I also work with schools to support them in bringing wellbeing into the workplace for their staff. If you are reading this, perhaps you are ready to start your own self care journey.

25p soup
This catchy (?) title is due to how much it cost to make, probably! And this includes the cost of energy to make it! How is this so cheap? It only uses ingredients you were going to throw away! The only thing it uses that isn't 'waste' is the stock but you could also...
Crispy chicken pie
A twist on a classic recipe that is great for leftovers. I used a pan that works on the hob and can also go in the oven to save on washing up, but you can transfer to an oven proof dish if you need to. You can use fresh chicken, just add in with the onion at the first...
Tasty slow cooker beef
Lots of us are trying to find ways to cook meals that are cheaper on the ingredients and also use less energy too. But I'm sure it's not just me that finds slow cooker recipes so hard to get on with , they always turn out so 'wet' and lack taste and oomph. So when...
