Protein Powder
Available in Chocolate and vanilla, experiment with flavour combinations that suit you.
We recommend making a value packed smoothie using frozen fruit and vegetables which gives your morning a kick start.
Frozen cauliflower and spinach are great to add in as they don’t have any taste and are really cheap. Fresh courgette or avocado gives it a creamy consistency.
Add in frozen or fresh berries such as blueberries, or strawberries, or get a pack of mixed berries for a great taste.
Use non dairy milk, such as coconut, almond or oat milk or water is just fine as well.
Gut Health
This is a daily food supplement featuring prebiotics, probiotics(Bacillus coagulans), and enzymes support optimal digestive health.
Can be mixed with water, juice or blended into your Arbonne Protein Shake Powder.
TIP
Avoid adding to hot liquids or having at the same time as a hot drink (try leaving 30 mins before having a hot drink) as high temperatures can be
detrimental to the probiotics in the formula. I take mine at night to make it easier.
Greens Balance
Created from key blends of fruits and vegetables that offer targeted nutritional benefits otherwise only found by eating a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables:
– Greens such as spirulina, kale, artichoke, broccoli, spinach, alfalfa, barley grass, and wheat grass contain chlorophyll, and vitamins A, K and E
– Reds such as pomegranate, cherry, red coffee bean, and tomato provide antioxidants including vitamin C, flavonoids, and polyphenols
– Yellows such as pumpkin, carrot, sweet potato, papaya, and mango contain vitamins A and C along with antioxidant bioflavonoids and alpha and beta-carotenes
– Blues such as blueberry, blackcurrant, purple sweet potato, and elderberry are sources of antioxidants, resveratrol and vitamin C
Adding a scoop to your shake in the morning (it will turn it a funny colour!) is the easiest way to use it, but you can also add it to sauces and soups and even to a glass of fizz stick!
Herbal Tea
This helps your elimination organs, the kidneys and the liver, work at their very best.
Experiment with how to take it, some like it mega strong and leave the tea bag in, some dunk and squeeze (you can also get 2 big cups out of one bag that way!). You can add some of the fizz stick to it (about a 1/3 of a packet is my preferred way) or add a slice of lemon. It can also be enjoyed cold as a great iced tea!
Fizz Sticks
These are to help you cut out caffeine in it’s traditional form. They are made with green tea caffeine which is much better for your health than caffeine found in regular tea and coffee. They also contain riboflavin which can boost metabolism, chromium which balances blood sugar levels and pantothenic acid which helps keeps your energy levels up.
Have them cold in a long, tall glass of water, or enjoy hot on their own or added to herbal tea. They are great for taking out and about with you as they are in individual packs, you can add them to a shop bought bottle of water, just take a few sips first or it will over flow!
Fibre Support
One scoop contains half the recommended intake of fibre and is derived from grains, fruits and vegetables. It will help you maintain a good digestive system and keep you feeling fuller for longer.
It is heat resistant and flavourless. They easiest way to take it is to add it to your morning shake but it can also be added to baking, sauces, soups and more.
I recommend starting with half a scoop for the first week and then gradually increase your intake.
Body Cleanse
Have you ever thought that your body could do with a good clean out, to make it work better? A bit like putting a cleaning tablet through the dishwasher, or pouring something down to clear the drains?
Well I suggest you try this!
It detoxifies by cleansing your system with a lemon ginger flavoured formula that’s gentle enough for daily use. Aloe soothes the gastrointestinal tract, ginger supports the healthy digestion, and choline supports liver function.
